5. Subscription Model

Cooriroo operates on a business-to-business (B2B) subscription model:

• Employers (managers) purchase access to the Cooriroo platform based on the number of employees (app users) they intend to support
• The manager pays a monthly fee per employee user, granting employees access to the App for task and trip management
• Employee users do not manage subscriptions or make payments; these responsibilities lie solely with the employer (manager)

6. Data Privacy

We collect and use personal information as outlined in our Privacy Policy. By using the Website or App, you consent to our data practices. Personal information, including location data collected during active trips in the App, is managed per our Privacy Policy guidelines.

7. Third-Party Services

The Website and App may integrate third-party services, such as ChatGPT API, Google Play Services, and App Store Services. By using our Service, you agree to comply with these providers' terms. We are not responsible for any third-party services.

8. Connectivity and Data Usage

Cooriroo Technologies L.L.C. is not responsible for data connectivity issues. Users are responsible for ensuring a stable Wi-Fi or mobile data connection. Any charges from mobile providers, including data or roaming fees, are the user's responsibility.

9. Limitation of Liability

While we strive for continuous functionality and accuracy, Cooriroo Technologies L.L.C. cannot guarantee uninterrupted operation. We disclaim liability for any losses or damages resulting from reliance on the functionality of the Website or App.

10. Payment Terms

The Service operates under a B2B payment structure:

• Subscription fees are based on the number of employees and are paid by the employer
• Cooriroo Technologies L.L.C. reserves the right to adjust pricing
• Employers will be notified of any changes in pricing in advance, and no retroactive refunds are provided

11. App Updates and Termination

We may update or discontinue the App at any time. Users are responsible for accepting and downloading updates as they become available. Upon termination, rights and licenses granted under these Terms will cease, and users must discontinue use of the Website and App.

12. Termination and Suspension

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the Website or App at our discretion, with or without prior notice, for violation of these Terms or other legal requirements.

13. Changes to These Terms and Conditions

We may revise these Terms periodically. Changes will be posted on this page, with an updated date, and take effect upon posting. Significant changes will be communicated via the Website, App, or email notification.

14. Governing Law
